Agent Auto Greeting

When a client enters the chatbot | chat, the message automatically pops up (in the design of
the messenger) with a greeting.
Necessary functions for supervisors and operators:

  • Ability to change the message from ExpertFlow (available to the operator and supervisor)
  • Ability to turn this greeting on and off
  • Ability to add a button / links to the greeting
  • Ability to add pictures/videos/smiles to the greeting
  • Automatic display of the operator’s name in the greeting (chat only)
