Call Recording file linked in Salesforce

Is it possible fetch call recording from cisco to salesforce once agent have conversation with customers and it should be linked with the call records in salesforce.


Yes, an integration perspective is possible. However, we do require the API from the recording solution (ex Zoom, Verint …) to provide us with the recording link API.

We can store that recording link on the Salesforce task, which we create as soon as the call ends.
