Yes, we can do a screen pop from the finesse bases on the customer calling number. So as soon as the call land on the finesse, we can open up a customer page based on the calling number.

@ehtasham.malik Is there any option to have a widget embedded in ServiceNow so that agents don’t have to login to finesse and ServiceNow separately.
