Dialing Helpline through mobile App

The customer has a mobile app, and they want us to build click to dial widget inside the mobile and call should be initiated via WebRTC and the call should be handed over to the IVR. The customer manages the mobile application.

We can provide our WebRTC -SIP widget, its a javascript-based application that they can be embed inside a Mobile application (currently we don’t have a mobile view but we can develop it ) . The webrtc widget required a webrtc-based compatible browser, if customer mobile application support this then this can be done. once the call is initiated, it will land on the Cisco IVR and from there a normal IVR flow will work. For webrtc we required a stable data connection on the customer mobile app
