Can Expertflow Hybrid Chat can be embedded inside MSCRM so that agent can handle chat within the same window? Customer doesn’t have Expertflow CTI connector
Yes, We can integrate the Hybrid Chat inside the USD so that agent can handle the chat as well without using our CTI Voice connector.
