Integrate Multiple Viber accounts with HybridChat

User Case
Channel manager should have the capability to allow more than one Viber accounts to be integrated with the Hybrid chat. For each Viber account, it should be possible to specify:

  1. Which chatbot/BotID will serve this particular channel
  2. Is the a Bot-Only channel, or a hybrid channel where chats will be escalated to agents as well

These features would be available in the next major release 4.x expected in Q1 2021
