Does Expertflow MS Dynamics CTI Connector support Dynamics 365 Omni-Channel framework?
Omni-channel Framework is an additional license from Microsoft that allows you to connect Chat, SMS, and Facebook https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/omnichannel/omnichannel-customer-service-guide.
Hybrid Chat is already integrated with Dynamics CRM (both via the Unified Service Desk or web) and gives you the choice to connect any customer chat channel.
With Cisco contact center integration for UCCX and UCCE, it supports media blending by using the same Cisco contact center agents for routing chat requests.
Not sure, how would Dynamics Omnichannel’s additional license add some business value when Hybrid Chat is also embedded.
