Mobile App-- Hybrid chat--UCCE

Customer wants to integrate Mobile App as a chat channel with HC, can you pls confirm if it is available now or any timeline for this? @masood.farooq

Currently these two options are available:
Option1: embed our web widget in the mobile app in an IFrame.
Option2: Client’s mobile app development team to develop the native chat application feature inside their app and integrate it with hybrid chat using our APIs

For Option 1: supported message types are text, images, videos, pdf files, and button messages.

For Option 2: supported message types are text, images, videos, pdf files, buttons, URL, locations and other structured messages. .
