Pre chatbot Management Flow

Pre chatbot - management of flow, messaging and data collection with customer prior to agent engagement- pre chatbot picks up the request and sends/ receives messages based on flow.

Technical Approach
The bot will have to be trained based on the pre chatbot form. For data dumping into DB, the customer will provide us with a DB server.
