Precision Queue Routing

Dear Team,

As per documentation right now HC only supports LLA routing. Do we have any plan to add the precision queue-based routing where we can create attributes so the system can route chats based on the attribute values?

We have the notion of Attributes in the Routing Engine already. Attributes are assigned to agents and Queues are created with Expressions containing Attributes. Now, for agent selection, we use the longest available. What other options would you like the Routing Engine to offer?
