Can we pick and choose which agent can/cannot access this Call Parking Gadget?

  1.   If we add the Call Parking Gadget, we will have 3 Finesse gadgets. Can we do the followings?
    

a. Use all 3 gadgets for only 3 agent teams out of 20 agent teams?
b. Use 2 gadgets for some teams, 1 gadget for some other teams, and 3 gadgets for 3 teams.
4. Where do you configure the Call Parking resources? On Call Manager?

Ehtasham: Gadget can be deployed based on team, not with respect to agents.

Ehtasham: Gadget can be deployed based on team, so you can select specific team on which this gadget can be visisble.

Actually, we don’t any direct integration with Call Manager, The call actually park on the VXML port, The basic Architecture diagram is available here
