Can we pick and choose which agent can/cannot access this Call Parking Gadget?
If we add the Call Parking Gadget, we will have 3 Finesse gadgets. Can we do the followings?
a. Use all 3 gadgets for only 3 agent teams out of 20 agent teams?
b. Use 2 gadgets for some teams, 1 gadget for some other teams, and 3 gadgets for 3 teams.
4. Where do you configure the Call Parking resources? On Call Manager?
