Remove Hybridchat History for agents

It should be possible to hide the past interaction history from agents:
Possible solutions:

  1. remove “Load History” button,
  2. create customer identities based on cookies (Tags for webchat)
  3. Reduce visibility only to the current subscriptions of agents to a client, and have longer histories enabled as a configura

It is possible. We can provide a configuration to administrators to enable or disable different buttons on the agent’s chat toolbar, thus enabling or disabling following features:

  1. Load previous chat history
  2. Conference Chat
  3. Transfer Chat
  4. End Chat

Note: This is not part of the current product features and will need time and resources to develop it.

Administrators now have option to enable/disable auto-loading of chat history on agent desktop.
