SAP C4C integration with CUCM

@ehtasham.malik There is a requirement to integrate Cisco CUCM v11.5 with SAP C4C. Is it going to involve any customization or we can offer

we can develop this connector in five to six months time after the PO confirmation with below features:
Accept call
End call
Screen-pop of customer information
Manual outbound call from Dialpad
