Support for multiple channel instances

The client would like to have SMS only and Facebook only agents, rather than agents who can only take both. They would like granularity.

The client would also like to configure a test queue for Whatsapp and SMS.

  • 1x Twilio account
  • Many phone numbers
  • 1:1 Phone number:Queue

Support multiple channel instances and specify a routing queue for each. This functionality is under development. Will share ETA soon
