Team Performance Gadget on Supervisor Desktop

Hi Team,

Currently when supervisor login to hybrid chat, he can see the state of chat/agents via dashboard, for example he can see, the number of chats waiting in queue, the time of chat waiting in queue, number of ready and not ready agents in queues. Is it possible to show the state of individual agent, same like we have in cisco gadget in finesse for voice where agent name and its state , state duration is shown.
