Can we propose following scenario to customer?
They have Cisco Contact Center UCCX 11.6 with 50 agents. They will add an IVR message to the caller that allows to select WhatsApp chat.
Once selected, we need to send an SMS to caller (Contact Center Add-on) with a pre-defined message with a link to the caller to open WhatsApp link.
The customer has WhatsApp Chabot already that will take care from there.
Please let me know if we can provide the SMS add-on for the UCCX and what would be the Pre-Reqs? @ehtasham.malik
